Questions
Is Recordwell a consumer reporting agency?
No. Recordwell is not a consumer reporting agency, and its reports may not be used for employment, tenant screening, credit, insurance or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Partners must never suggest otherwise.
Do I need approval?
No. Your account opens as soon as you confirm your email. We watch traffic quality and may suspend accounts that break the terms.
Which purchases earn a commission?
A new customer's first payment within 60 days of clicking your link. With a CPS offer you earn once, on that payment. With a RevShare offer you earn a share of net revenue from that payment and every later payment of the customer. If the customer clicked another partner's link after yours, the most recent click gets the credit.
What is net revenue?
What the customer paid, less sales tax, VAT and similar taxes, and less the payment processor's fees.
I am an affiliate network. How do we connect?
Sign up as a network, put your postback URL with our macros in your account, and use the tracking link of an offer with your click macro in click_id. Conversions come back to your postback with your click id, payout and our conversion id.
What happens with refunds?
With CPS, the commission for a customer is cancelled if their first payment is refunded in full or charged back. With RevShare, the share of the refunded part is cancelled. If the commission was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
When and how am I paid?
Commissions earned in a calendar month are paid within 30 days after that month ends, once your balance reaches $100. Each commission waits 14 days, the refund window, before it can be paid. We pay in US dollars by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer.
